Known for her iconic polka dots and fearless imagination, she was a truly groundbreaking artist. She pursued her vision as an avant-garde artist in conservative postwar Japan and went on to become one of the world’s most celebrated and influential artists. As a Japanese woman and an art lover, I have always deeply admired her courage, originality and extraordinary dedication to her work. I feel incredibly proud of everything she achieved and the powerful legacy she leaves behind. You just might not be able to recall it right away. All the time and effort you put into studying is still there. 💪🧩 Sometimes your brain just needs a little more time, repetition, and encouragement to bring it back. So if you forget a word or make a mistake, don’t be discouraged.
