Conditions of Enrolment
Students must submit an online enrolment form and make full payment of their tuition fee before starting lessons.
No refunds will be made after the course has commenced, unless KonnichiWhat Japanese Language School cancels the course. There is no refund on course materials after purchase. This applies to all classes.
Administration fee ($55) may be charged for cancellation prior to the commencement of the course.
Unused portions of classes are not transferable to other persons.
Special offers or discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other special offers or discounts.
KonnichiWhat Japanese Language School reserves the right to alternate teachers and make changes to curriculum at any time, without notice.
Per our Privacy policy, staff members may not give any student their personal contact details. All communication must be via contact@konnichiwhat.com.au for the safety and assurance of both students and teachers.
In the case of a teacher’s absence, another teacher will be assigned without notice.
We ask all students to be respectful towards our teachers and other students at all times. Any unacceptable behaviour will not be tolerated. You will be immediately removed from the class with no refund.
Group Lessons
No refund will be given for unattended classes. However, in the case of classes having been missed by the student, a private “catch-up” lesson may be arranged at the cost of $50 per hour. (On-peak fee will be applied the lesson after 5:30pm)
Unused portions of any course cannot be transferred to private tuition.
Classes may be canceled due to a number of students.
In the case of a teacher’s absence, another teacher will be assigned without notice.
In the event of a COVID-19 lockdown all group on site lessons will be transferred to online for the duration of the lockdown.
Private Tuitions
Students must give 48 hours notice, if they need to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Failure to do so will incur a full fee of the lesson.
Students who are late more than 20 minutes will not be admitted to class. Fees are non refundable.
The fees are non-refundable. Unused portions of any course cannot be transferred to Group lessons.
Private tuitions must be taken within 1 year of the date of purchase. After this period, money paid will be forfeited.
